Geomagic Qualify 10 introduces compelling new features that advance and speed the inspection process.

Multi-Sensor Metrology Support
Geomagic Qualify 10 provides multi-sensor metrology support in one single application for users who wish to take advantage of the combined strengths of 3D scanners and hard probes. With Geomagic Qualify 10, users can leverage hard probing to improve alignment accuracy and achieve a faster and more precise inspection of geometrical features.

Geometric Feature Inspection

New capabilities in Geomagic Qualify 10 enable users to quickly detect and inspect geometrical features such as spheres, planes, cones, cylinders, slots, holes and points. Geomagic Qualify 10 automates feature creation and other inspection tasks such as calculating size, analyzing fit, comparing 2D and 3D features, and measuring point-to-point and feature-to-feature distances and angles.

Streamlined Workflow
The new hard probing and 3D feature capabilities in Geomagic Qualify 10 are fully integrated with functions such as alignment, GD&T, and 2D and 3D dimensioning. Users benefit from a single, intuitive workflow that yields a comprehensive set of quality reports.

XML-based Publishing Option
New XML-based publishing option provides greater flexibility in report generation. All contents in the report can be output as XML elements for further processing by an external system, or the new report engine that is included with the latest version of Geomagic Qualify 10.

Enhanced GUI
Geomagic Qualify 10 comes with an enhanced GUI that makes it easier for users to deliver better results faster. User-configurable display themes, sliders, and collapsible menus provide a cleaner, less cluttered workspace and improves work efficiency.
