If you encounter a problem with any supported Geomagic product, we would like to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The most efficient way to resolve an issue is by using the Geomagic Portal. In all contacts with Technical Support, you will need to provide your Entitlement number. Please have this number ready before contacting Geomagic Technical Support.
Web-based Technical Support
For the fastest response, submit a Technical Support request on our website using our customer portal. Here you can: check the status of your support ticket(s) at anytime; create a new ticket; describe a problem in detail; upload sample files or screen captures; and view the status of previously submitted tickets.
An active Maintenance and Support contract is required to use Geomagic Technical Support. If you do not have a contract and would like to purchase one, please contact Geomagic Maintenance.
Geomagic Portal
Geomagic Portal provides customers and partners access to important tools, product updates and other resources.
To access the portal, please select Login on the right. If you have lost your password, select Reset Password, and a new password will be sent to you by email. If you do not have a login, select Request Portal Login. You will then be provided with more information to select your login account type.
