In all submissions to Technical Support, please have your entitlement number ready. This number is needed in order to promptly serve you better.
Web-based Technical Support
For the fastest response, submit a support request on our web site using our Customer Portal by logging in on the right. Once within the portal, go to the Manage Tickets section and select Create a new ticket.
You can then generate new support tickets or review previously submitted tickets. You can explain the problem in detail and upload sample files or screen captures. Your issue will automatically be logged in our tracking system. This speeds the process and will resolve your issues more quickly then using the phone or email. Another benefit is that you can check the status of you support ticket(s) at anytime.
